MARA VAICUNAS

Born in 1949. Professional training – Latvian Academy of Arts, Ceramics Department (1971 – 1976).
Has been contributing to exhibitions since 1978. Member of Association "8 – 13" since 1993.
Had her first solo show in Riga in 1993. Regularly participates in group exhibitions in Latvia and abroad.
Her works are to be found in the collections of Art Museum "Arsenal" and Goethe Institute, as well as in many private collections.
Currently working at the Latvian Academy of Arts.
