DAINA PERKONE
Born in 1957. Professional training – Riga Applied Arts School (1976-1981),
the Latvian Academy of Arts (1986 – 1991). Enhanced her skills in
the Campen Art Institute in the Netherlands (1992). A master of Fine
Arts (1994).
Has been contributing to exhibitions since 1981. A member of the Latvian
Artists' Union since 1993. A member of Association "B – 13"
(1993 - 1998) since 1994.
Has participated in group exhibitions in Latvia, Germany, Netherlands,
the USA and other countries.
Had her first solo show in Latvia in 1993.
Her works are in many private collections in Latvia and abroad.
