ROLANDS GROSS

Born in l955. Professional training: Liepaja Applied Arts School (1970 - 1974), Painting Department of the Latvian Academy of Arts (1975-1981).
Contributor to exhibitions since 1980. A member of the Artists' Union of Latvia as of 1988. A member of the B - 13 Association (1993 - 1998) since 1993. The first personal exhibition in Riga in 1994. Group exhibitions in Latvia, Russia, India, Sweden, Italy, and Bulgaria. His works are to be found in many private collections in Germany, England, France, the United States, Russia, and Sweden.
At present holds a teaching post at Janis Rozentals Art School of Riga.
